Hello World: Why I'm Finally Writing About Code After 14 Years'

Aug 26, 2025

If you're a developer, you know that "Hello World" is usually the first program you write in any new language. Today, it's my first blog post – and honestly, it feels just as nerve-wracking as writing that first line of code when i started.

I've been putting off writing for years, telling myself I wasn't ready, that I didn't have enough to say, or that the world didn't need another tech blog. But here's the thing – after working with everything from JavaScript to Python, diving deep into React and Node.js, architecting solutions on both AWS and GCP, and experimenting with microservices, serverless, and event-driven patterns, I've realized I've been learning so much from others that it's time to give back.

Over the years, I've had the incredible privilege of working alongside brilliant minds from HarryPotter, Disney, Amex, and other industry giants. Late-night debugging sessions, production fire drills, dealines taught me more than any textbook ever could. Pair programming with a solutions architect completely changed how I think about distributed systems. These conversations, these shared moments of "aha!" – they've shaped how I approach every technical challenge. But perhaps most importantly, working closely with startup founder clients at my company opened my eyes to the business side of technology – something most engineers never get exposed to. Sitting in those strategy sessions, seeing how technical decisions directly impact runway, growth, and investor conversations, completely transformed how I approach every architecture choice. Suddenly, it wasn't just about writing elegant code; it was about understanding that every line of code either brings a company closer to its goals or further away from them.

These conversations, these shared moments of "aha!" – both technical and business – have shaped how I approach every challenge.

This isn't going to be another generic tech blog full of tutorials you can find elsewhere. This is going to be about the human side of building technology – the problems that keep us curious, the solutions that make us proud, and the continuous learning that never really stops. Welcome to my corner of the internet. Let's build something meaningful together.
